Ron Karas leads the technical field services teams for all pre and post sales engagements. Prior to WebLayers, Ron held a similar position at Attunity a leading data and integration middleware company. While at Attunity, Ron managed a team of pre-sales engineers who contributed to a near doubling of direct sales. Ron has also served as an integration consultant to one of Europe's largest banks, Société Générale, overseeing the successful integration of the many diverse systems that provide the bank with mission critical information.
